The Developer Roller's
Many Interactions

The Developer Roller directly contacts the Toner Adder Roller. The Toner Adder Roller moves toner to the Developer Roller. The Developer Roller further electrically charges the toner. Toner not used in the first rotation is recirculated from the Developer Roller to the Toner Adder Roller.

The Developer Roller touches the OPC Drum directly and transfers charged toner to the discharged areas on the OPC Drum. The discharged areas on the OPC Drum are created by the laser within the printer that writes the image to be printed. The toner transferred to the OPC Drum will then be used to make the print.
